Maria Schantz Clausen

Project manager and coordinator – Exsequi ApS

Graphical work, translation, proofreading, and management and support of different portals are just some of the tasks Maria handles when she’s making sure that large, international projects succeed.

Maria handles all administrative tasks for our customers and communicates with more than 30 countries when she supports the two tailor-made portals Exsequi has developed and drives in connection with customer-specific development plans.

Maria is a versatile professional who handles a wide range of tasks for both our customers and for us internally. Her tasks cover everything from bookkeeping to reserving training locations and making travel arrangements. Basically all the tasks that are needed so that our company can function and our projects can succeed. In other words, she’s an indispensable part of everything we do.

Jens Tandrup

Creative ”Swiss Army Knife”

Jens is the resident guru when it comes to films, web portals and graphic design. Whether it’s about speed-drawing, animations or an international web portal, Jens always exceeds expectations.

Over the past few years, Jens has produced more than 15 speed drawing films and over 70 animated films in 12 languages. With the ability to transform a message, images and sound into a well-timed audio-visual masterpiece, Jens deserves a great deal of the credit for the success Exsequi has had with using the film medium to introduce and anchor change in an organization.

In addition to web and film, Jens also supports the two graphic designers Exsequi uses, so all graphical elements offline and online live up to the customer’s and Exsequi’s design guidelines.

Thomas Ryge

Thomas brings a well-developed understanding of business-related mechanisms, combined with the proactivity that the retail industry demands, to every change and anchoring project he handles.

Using tailor-made development initiatives, Thomas often operates as an integrated part of a client’s daily operations, typically in organisations where personal sales and leadership are the central elements for creating results. The services he offers run the gamut from recruiting to targeted implementation through coaching and 1:1 consultations.

With experience from leadership positions and 6 years of consultancy work, Thomas is in charge of the development process and has, with his own unique, deliberate approach, a direct impact on the top and bottom lines.

Mark Nedergaard

Development and facilitation of tailor-made change processes, manager and employee development and implementation and anchoring of strategic commercial initiatives are the primary aspects of Mark’s consultancy work.

Mark excels at creating a connection between the strategic and the operational and thus assists with tasks where the overarching commercial strategy needs to be understood, appreciated and accepted on a tactical and operational level.

Mark works across industries and national boundaries, and he facilitates and implements in countries such as France, the Baltics and the Nordics.

In addition to having more than 10 years of consultancy experience, Mark is an accomplished and motivating speaker, produces tailor-made tools and has over the past couple of years written several customer-specific books about sales, business development and change.

Rolf Gøtze

Rolf can deliver exceptionally in German, English and Danish, and has extensive experience in tactical and operational implementation on the local level in both Europe and Asia.

Rolf has a natural authority and is goal-oriented, qualities that ensure he delivers all assignments with diligence, dedication and exceptional quality. When the change and anchoring tasks in question require hard work, endurance and the full change manager toolbox, Rolf has what it takes to ensure the project succeeds.
